For my neurodivergent clients, this might mean a low-stimulation property with minimal crowds, predictable routines, and a room that feels like a sanctuary. 

For my LGBTQ+ clients, it means going somewhere safe enough to actually let their guard down which is its own kind of rest.

For my burnt-out, high-achieving clients, it means building in space to do nothing without guilt.
