How it works, step by step
01- Complimentary Consultation
During this call, I'll ask about your vibe, travel dreams, budget, and non-negotiables. I will also explain the process of working together in detail and answer any questions you may have.
02-You Decide
After our call, I’ll follow up with a recap email. You can move forward, take more time, or let me know it’s not the right fit. No pressure, no pushy follow-ups.
03- Concierge Care Fee
Once you’re ready, you’ll pay the non-refundable Concierge Care fee. This is what unlocks the full research and planning process.
04- Your Proposal
Within a few days (or less depending on complexity), I deliver your first and best proposal with resort, flights, transfers, insurance, and pricing. All in one place, easy to review.
05- Booking and Set Up
You choose what you love. I handle all the bookings, set you up in your secure client portal, and build out a payment plan if needed.
06- Your Proposal
Excursion and dining bookings, packing list, destination guide, pre-travel call, and VIP notes sent to your hotel and transfer service.
07- Travel Day
I monitor your flights in real time and I’m available via text for anything that comes up. Flight delayed? Resort mix-up? I’m one message away.
08- Welcome Home
A check-in after you’re back, because the relationship doesn’t end when the trip does. Most of my clients come back for their next trip!
