If you're ready to plan a trip, the first step is to schedule a consultation. During this call, I'll ask about your vibe, travel dreams, budget, and non-negotiables. 

I will also explain the process of working together in detail and answer any questions you may have. 

After our call, I'll send you an email that summarizes your vision and reiterates the travel process. At that point, you can decide if you'd like to work together, take some more time, or plan on your own. 

If you decide you'd like to work together, this is when you'd pay for the concierge fee (more info on that down below). 

Within a few days, I will be sending my first and best proposal with the top recommendations for your trip. In this proposal, I will include elements of your trip such as airfare, accommodations, transfers, and travel insurance. 

The price for everything will be included, but please note that pricing can fluctuate until a deposit has been made. 

Once you've decided on the best choices for your vacation, I will send over an invoice to collect your payment information. 

I'll add all confirmation information to your itinerary so that everything for your trip is housed in one place. 

I'll let you know when any final payments are due and can set up a payment plan if you'd like. 

I will be in touch along the way to recommend and book excursions, dining, and spa reservations. I'll also share important resources such as STEP, apps, packing lists, etc.

In the few weeks leading up to your trip, I will set up a pre-travel call to discuss final details and answer any questions you may have about your travel.

I'll remind you to check into your flights and will be monitoring all flight statuses during your departure and return.
