All detailed research, planning, and itinerary details from the time you hire me until you come home.
Ongoing follow up and support via email or text to answer any questions.
I will send the first and best proposal with my top recommendations. If needed, I will send 2 additional options.
This will also include insurance quotes that protect your travel investment. It is optional but HIGHLY recommended.
I'll recommend the best flight options based on price and connection times.
Then comes the fun stuff...
- Based on your interests, I will suggest off site excursions to enhance your vacation.
- I can arrange private services such as in-room massages, personal trainers, chefs, babysitters, etc.
- Based on your chosen destination, I will provide passport and documentation requirements.
- Before you leave, I'll send over a packing list and restaurant recommendations (if requested). I can also make reservations for you ahead of time for popular spots.
- We'll set up a pre-travel call before you leave to answer any final questions.
